REFUND POLICY

At Good Squish, we operate a no refund policy, but we are happy to offer exchanges and/or a credit note. If you wish to exchange or return your Squish for a credit note, please email orders@goodsquish.com within 14 days of receiving your Squish, quoting your order number to begin the process.

HOW TO RETURN

Your Squish must be returned in its original packaging, in a re-sellable condition, and include your order number and a tracking number. Our seamstresses work hard on each Squish, so we ask that all items are returned in perfect condition.
Once you've initiated the return process, please send the Squish back to us at:

FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at orders@goodsquish.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damage and your order number.

We will offer you the option of a replacement, an exchange, or a full refund in these cases.

All orders are sent with a tracking number. Once your Squish has been collected by Royal Mail, we are no longer responsible for the parcel.

We recommend retaining proof of postage and tracking information for any returns, as we cannot process exchanges or issue credit notes for items that do not reach us.
